Fernwood Entries are complete.  The heat sheet and Events list will be mailed Monday evening. Champ Meet entries are complete.  We have a Board Meeting Monday evening to finalize all details. Heat Sheet and Event list will be emailed later in the week.

Ads are due to Emma by Tuesday.

We need at least two tents to set up at the MTY for Champ Meet. Let me know who may have a tent.

VOLUNTEER LIST FOR CHAMP MEET IS ATTACHED.  I DID THE BEST I COULD ASSIGNING POSITIONS. WE HAVE A SMALL GROUP ATTENDING CHAMP MEET, SO I FILLED POSITIONS WITH ALMOST ALL PARENTS.  IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE, LET ME KNOW.
