Ads are due tomorrow 6/23.  

Fernwood Meet 6/23. Warm-ups 5:30 pm.  Arrive by 5:00 pm. If parking lot is full, park at tennis courts at McCracken across street (Sydnor Drive). Bring chairs, swim suit, goggles, warm clothes.  We will sit under the canopy on left side of pool. We still need two timers, a clerk assistant and Stroke Judge. In the  the event of thunder and/or lightning, all must go to their cars, until clear.  Volunteer meeting is at 5:45 pm.

Concessions will have drinks, waters, sodas, Gatorade, Candy and Frozen Treats, Hand cut fries, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers. Cash, Check or credit card.

No swimming in deep end or baby pool.   Attached are Heat Sheet and Event list per swimmer. Ad Campaign.
